Cannabis will not be left unattended.

Delivery may be refused if:

Ontario cannabis deliveries may only be completed between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. while the applicable cannabis retail store is open to the public, subject to applicable law and any changes to regulatory requirements.

9. Pickup

Where online ordering and pickup are offered, orders may be collected at the designated retail location during available pickup hours.

Customers may be required to present valid government-issued identification.

We may refuse to release an order where the person collecting it cannot establish that they are legally permitted to receive the products.

Consumers Cannabis(“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers online ordering and, where available, delivery and pickup services from our authorized Ontario cannabis retail location(s).

All cannabis delivery services are provided in accordance with applicable federal and Ontario cannabis laws and regulations.

1. Delivery Availability

Delivery is available only in areas serviced by our retail location and where delivery is legally permitted.

Delivery availability may depend on:

• Delivery address;
• Store location;
• Operating hours;
• Staffing;
• Product availability;
• Weather and road conditions;

2. Delivery Personnel

4. Delivery Address

Cannabis will not be delivered to prohibited public locations or other locations where delivery is not legally permitted.

The person receiving the order must be located at the delivery address provided when the order was placed.

5. Age and Identification Verification

The recipient must be at least 19 years old.

Our delivery employee may request valid government-issued identification before completing the delivery.

If the recipient:

• Is not the individual located at the delivery address;

Refund & Return Policy

At Consumers Cannabis, we want every order to be accurate and satisfactory. Because cannabis products are regulated products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to applicable federal and Ontario laws and our procedures.

1. Cannabis Returns

Cannabis products may only be returned where we accept the return and where the return can legally be completed.

For health, safety, security, and regulatory reasons, opened or used cannabis products generally cannot be returned unless required or permitted by applicable law.

We may accept returns or provide another appropriate remedy for circumstances such as:

• An incorrect product was provided;
• A product is defective or damaged;
• The product packaging was damaged before or during delivery;
• A product is subject to a recall;
• We made an error in fulfilling the order; or

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment processor or financial institution.

Delivery charges may not be refundable where the order was successfully delivered, except where required by law or where the issue resulted from our error.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been prepared, dispatched for delivery, or otherwise completed.
